Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the carrier and prepared for shipment.

Transit Time
Estimated delivery takes 4 to 8 business days (Mon–Fri).
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

We ship worldwide. This shipping policy applies to all countries.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free.
We cover the shipping costs for every order, with no minimum order quantity required.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@jacknora.com before your order is shipped.
We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can request a return.

Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@jacknora.com with photos and a description.
We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund – whichever you prefer.

Delayed Orders
If more than 11 business days have passed and your order has not arrived, please allow an additional 2 business days for potential delays (caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues).
If your order still hasn’t arrived after this period, contact us and we’ll assist you in locating it.
